ESAF Homes and Infrastructure was established in the year 2008 and was subsequently renamed as Lahanti Homes and Infrastructure Private Limited on 20th Aug 2020. LHI’s area of operation includes Affordable Housing, Contracting, Architectural and Project Management Consultancy.
We, at Lahanti Homes and Infrastructure understood the problems faced by marginalised and poor on their housing and its dilapidated condition and hence decided to focus on the construction of sustainable, liveable and affordable homes. This will enhance their social and mental status. LHI also involves in the construction of residential & commercial buildings and infrastructures. We have our expertise in Architectural and Project Management Consultancy. We have executed projects in 6 states in the country which includes Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madya Pradesh and Jharkhand. We have our Head office in Thrissur, Kerala and zonal office in Dumka, Jharkhand.
